Welcome to the tryit.com.pk terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from tryit.com.pk. By using this website and placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below:
Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
* The product ordered being unavailable from stock
* The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
* If we suspect any fraudulent activity we have authority to cancel the order.
* In case of orders containing perishable items and the delivery location is not covered by our delivery service.
If there are problems with your order, we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order secure. Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item, you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Price & Payment Options
We have several payment methods. We are offering nationwide shipping all Pakistan especially including major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Gujrat.
1. Cash on delivery all over Pakistan.
2. Online payment through Credit/Debit Card
3. Online payment through Jazz Cash
4. Online payment Bank Transfer.
Order which would be placed by payment method of International Debit or Credit Card, all such orders will be processed after 5 working days – As Bank takes time to verify the payment of all such transactions.
If you have paid by your debit or credit card, you would not be charged extra amount of purchased goods.
If an order is cancelled due to low stock or something & a customer has paid for the order in advance, we would be fully liable for your paid amount – After getting details of your bank account from you, we would return your funds back to your account. While, if an order is cancelled by a customer him/herself & paid in advance, after a while a customer decides to cancel the order for some reason & requires amount back to account, charges for transfer/fees would be deducted from the customer’s amount – Tryit.com.pk would not be liable to pay for any charges in such case.
Title Retention
Any items ordered, remain our property until we receive full payment.
Returns & Refunds
If your product is defected / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours.
Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
- The product must include the original packing, tags, user manual, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
- If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Issuance of Refunds
If your product is eligible for a refund, please send your bank details to order@tryit.com.pk to claim the refund.
We will process your refund after receiving the return item. It takes 5-7 Days.
Exchange
Goods once sold are not exchanged nor returned.

At tryit.com.pk customer satisfaction is our topmost priority and we know how eagerly you wait for your order to arrive, so we have partnered with Pakistan’s top courier companies to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience
The delivery charges are of the delivery partner and not ours. We try our best to absorb most of the cost and pass on as little as possible.
- Standard Delivery in Karachi is PKR 100 Only (Flat Rate)
- Express Delivery in Karachi is PKR 200 Only (Flat Rate)
- Standard Delivery in Other Cities is PKR 250 Only (Flat Rate)
Delivery time
- Standard Delivery in Karachi within 24-72 hours
- Express Delivery in Karachi within 24 hours
- All over Pakistan within 2-5 working days
- All orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day
- Slight delays are expected for deliveries during busy shopping season or mega sales event.
- On orders above the value of Rs.15,000, we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and further details will be communicated then
